Fund Strategy

The Fund is in the business of originating, funding, acquiring, and otherwise making loans to borrowers secured by interests in real property located in select MSA’s in the United States.  Unlike trust deed investments, the Fund is a diversified pool of business purpose loans originated by its manager CALCAP Lending, LLC.

  • Fund portfolio will consist of “non-consumer” business purpose loans secured by 1st and 2nd trust deeds
  • The Fund will be managed by CALCAP Lending, a California based mortgage originator
  • The Fund is only available to Accredited Investors, as defined by SEC

  • Management Fees – 1.25% of total Fund assets
  • Performance Fee – 15% of Fund Net Operating Income
