CALCAP Advisors Closes Sale of The Colony Apartments –
CALCAP Advisors, a Pasadena based real estate investment company, is pleased to announce the sale The Colony, a 236-unit multi-family property located at 4337 North 53rd Lane Phoenix, AZ 85031. CALCAP acquired the property for $8,600,000 ($36,441/unit & $40.47/PSF), in October 2013.
The property sold on June of 2019 for $25,100,000 ($106,356 per unit) to the Canadian investor Western Wealth Capital.
