CALCAP Advisors Acquires Sandia Valley Apartments –
CALCAP Advisors, a Pasadena based real estate investment company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the 216-unit Sandia Valley Apartments at 8200 Bridge Boulevard SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121. CALCAP acquired the multi-family property for $15,250,000 ($70,602/unit & $77/PSF), on April 30, 2019. Sandia Valley was originally constructed as a LIHTC property, in 1996 and 1997, but was subsequently converted to market-rate apartments. The 16.47 acre site consist of a 23 one and two-story buildings, including a clubhouse building, fitness center, on-site laundry facility, basketball/volleyball courts, and a pool area.
