River's Edge
JUDGE worked with City officials and neighborhood groups to permit a 1.5 acre site located on the Neponset River in Lower Mills. 62 new condominium units will be constructed complete with reserved parking spaces, a work-out room, lush landscaping and common areas. Unique to this project is our dedication to the historic preservation of Greater Boston's oldest School House. The former Stoughton School was constructed in the 1840's. Its richly ornate Greek revival styled architecture will be restored and complimenting landscape features will highlight this local landmark.
