Jim Fraser is Managing Director at Chadron Group, LLC, a management consulting firm for independent mortgage banks and private lenders. Prior to Chadron, Jim was a co-founder and principal at Milestone Asset Resolution Company (“MARC”). At MARC, In the first year of operations, Jim’s team produced reviews of ~$15b in ADC loan and REO assets for the FDIC. Additionally, Jim lead the underwriting and bidding of $2.8b (5,500 assets) in structured sales for private equity clients. Prior to founding MARC, Jim was the CEO and senior executive manager of consumer construction lending at IndyMac Bank for 12 years and was retained by the FDIC as conservator at IndyMac Federal Bank. While at IndyMac, he was responsible for $15b in consumer construction, $3b in land loans, and $1b in small homebuilder finance. Prior to joining IndyMac in 1997, Jim spent 6 years as a principal at San Marino Mortgage Corporation, managing the builder services subsidiary which focused on single family residential construction financing in CA, AZ, OR, WA, and NV. Jim earned a B.S. from the School of Architecture and Environmental Design at California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo.
Paul Chandler is Founder and CEO of Property Sciences Group, Inc. a nationwide full-service appraisal and consulting firm. The company has become a national brand under Paul’s leadership. Both the residential and commercial divisions continually benefit from his background in valuation, appraisal, lender-platform technology development, and online and print media. Prior to forming Property Sciences, he was Senior Vice President of Corinthian Real Estate, where he provided financial institutions with market analysis, branching strategy and site acquisition consulting. Mr. Chandler founded Commercial Lender magazine in 1995 and C-Lender.com in 1999, and grew them both into market share leaders prior to their purchase by Scotsman Publishing in 2001.
Mr. Chandler holds an MBA with an emphasis in real estate from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley and a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, he holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License and previously was an N.A.S.D. General Securities Registered Principal. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute holding the MAI designation.
Mohan Chandramohan is the former chairman and CEO of American Reprographics Company (ARC). ARC is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and serves approximately 110,000 customers with a global network of more than 3,000 on-site print centers. At approximately $750 million in annual revenues, ARC today is the largest reprographics company in the US. Chandramohan founded the company in 1998 as President and became CEO in 1991, before he retired in June 2007. He later retired as chairman of the company's Board of Directors in July 2008 but remains the company's largest individual shareholder.Before Chandramohan founded ARC, he was was COO and CFO of U-Save Auto Parts Stores, Inc. In Sri Lanka, he was with the Overseas Trust Bank (A division of HSBC), where he specialized in International banking. Mr. Chandramohan migrated to the USA in 1981.
He attended the University of California in Los Angeles where he completed the executive program in management at the Anderson Graduate School.Mr. Chandramohan currently serve on the board of a number of organizations - both for-profit and non-profit entities - most notably, the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association (GLAZA) and Pitzer College (Claremont Colleges). |
